When making reservations we will request a deposit to guarantee your booking.
Our cancelation policy:
WE cancel we refund 100% and/OR we will try to come up with suggestions to re-book your day/evening.
@You cancel: 48hrs or more before the tour. We refund 100%
@You cancel: 24hrs or more in advance - we refund 50%
@ Less than 24hrs in advance no refund - we charge 100%
If you don't show up without letting us know in advance we will charge you 100%.
